Early Years 4 Teacher

👤 About me

I am an Early Years Teacher with a deep passion for early childhood education. This is my 12th year teaching at The Giving Tree International School, and my 17th year as an educator, having taught both in Cambodia and in India. I hold a Bachelor's degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, and am a certified TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) educator. Additionally, I've just completed diploma course in Shadow Teacher, with specialized experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Working with young children brings me immense joy—they are naturally full of curiosity, imagination, and wonder. As an Early Years Teacher, I find great fulfillment in guiding and supporting children during these formative years. I feel grateful to be part of the nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic environment at The Giving Tree School.

💡 Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy centers around learning through play, hands-on exploration, and play-based inquiry. I am committed to creating a warm, engaging, and supportive space where each child can grow holistically and reach their full potential in meaningful and joyful ways.
